3 Cheers TBP Danger Bullets CW Bullets and Danger can flip flop depending on my mood. I remember buying Bullets at a Hot Topic in 2002 having no clue who they even were. Just went in blind. Wild.
Dang. I love this new song. The G note is still ringing and it’s been an hour since I last heard the song.
My friend has an extra ticket to Riot Fest he’s been trying to get me to take for a while. Between this and the lineup, I think it’s a must. So excited.
That song they did for Yo Gabba Gabba Three Cheers Black Parade Danger Days Bullets Conventional Weapons
Feel like my rankings could easily change at any time, but .. Three Cheers TBP Danger Days Bullets + CW are probably tied
When’s that first UK show…Monday? I guess I’ll be spending all of Tuesday watching YouTube videos at work
Weirdly in my top 5 favorite MCR songs. “An abridged punk-flavored cover of an over ten minute Bob Dylan song, for Zack Snyder’s misguided Watchmen film” shouldn’t work (and I’m sure some people would say it doesn’t), but something about it really works for me.
Idk how but I was somehow oblivious to that cover til I watched Watchmen not too long ago and was like "wtf is this in the credits"
I actually don't think that movie is terrible it just doesnt live up to the graphic novel. Great cover too
i'm someone who never really rated bullets with the rest but i'm listening to it rn and it's finally fully dawning on me what an emo classic it is ahahaha holy shit
I saw For Your Health some months back and they covered Cubicles, a solid two people knew what it was. Bullet is my fav so I went nuts.
listening to this with headphones after like 3 times through my phone speaker lol. the production complaints are way overblown imo.
No matter who releases a new song, there are tons of comments about the mix whether it be here, twitter, etc. Sometimes production is truly flawed for records/singles and sometimes it's due to the streaming service and format, but at the end of the day a lot of production choices are just that: Choices. Intentional. I've worked in audio production for a long time and a lot of these bigger bands/artists are using very qualified people for these services and it just comes down to their intention for the sound. Some want a wall of sound, some want clarity and some want experimental. Just is what it is. Love this song and I'm intrigued by the choices, but it sounds great overall
