Holy crap, I’m shaking. i was somehow #380 in the queue for Portland. friend of mine was in 1600’s. I was able to snag 5 tickets in the 100-section with no hassle. That’s never happened with Ticketmaster before. Quite surprised how easy it was! Bummed that each ticket was $250 after fees, but whatever. This may be the only time I ever see them live and I didn’t want to miss it! still doesn’t feel real.
I think it’s to help with scalpers/resellers. I remember reading tickets won’t be available for 72 hours but can’t remember the full verbiage edit: I believe it was this What is a ticket delivery delay? •Article What is a ticket delivery delay? Some performers, teams, and venues release their tickets with a delivery delay. A delivery delay is used to prevent tickets from being accessed until we can confirm everyone has adhered to the event ticket limit and didn’t use unfair ticket technology to buy in bulk. In other words, we want to make sure no one has ordered more than their fair share of tickets and the process is fair. Delivery information is provided within your purchase confirmation email, on your order in My Account, or on the event page. If you haven’t received your tickets two days (48 hours) before the event, please Contact Fan Support so we may assist.
Oh wow, just double checked and I paid $308 for two tix two years ago. Thought I only spent around 200
Plenty of excellent seats still available for Boston pretty much everywhere in the venue - even more than during this morning's initial on-sale rush. Stark contrast from the instant sell out of the first.
LOL @ everyone who complained about WWWY being $300 when it’s $300 to see MCR on the floor by themselves
So how do I go about selling tickets when the sell option on ticketmaster isn't available and they prob won't give me the barcode ticket info stuff until closer? I can't stress enough that I have too many tickets haha. Or do third patty selling sites let you wait until its closer to submit the actual ticket??
You can wait until the tickets are available to transfer them. You just have to disclose this ahead of time
I think on StubHub you just have to check that you don't currently have the ticket available for transfer but that you will do a digital transfer when it is ready Edit: ^ yes what they said
Yeah but it’s a full set with full production. And to some people seeing the band with fans and not just people there for the G note.
There's still a ton of nosebleed tickets in L.A. available, so I'll wait until they announce who else is opening the show with Youth Code. I might go to both Youth Code and Midtown shows tbh.
My daughter got 2 tickets for Boston, nosebleed for under $200 total, so I guess Im going :) Now - I have to start listening to them , and figure out the songs, besides the hit songs. lol
I just sampled a couple songs and holy shit this dude's voice is terrible, would skip them in an instant if they were opening a show I went to. Way worse than TFB or Modern Baseball, waaaay more grating
Ha. Nosebleed somewhere. Ill sing to the hits, and sit for the rest - lol. MCR one month, Killers/Johnny Marr another month.... Ill need 6 mths to recoup from it.
I'd give my left kidney to see The Killers. I'm hoping to get at least 1 ticket to see John Mayer in May since his March Boston Shows were moved. Literally want to go to any show I can, just sit in the back with a beer and vibe.
