They're both among my favorite bands ever, like the one-two punch of Sing the Sorrow into Three Cheers in back to back years? Classic
My purple Danger Days vinyl finally arrived. I forgot I even ordered it…back in like September/October? Anyways, looks and sounds good. Love this album so much. Definitely my favorite and most listened to album from them. Was able to salvage the hot pink Danger Days sticker and slap it on my laptop too.
Yeah, not a big fan. I remember kinda liking the style/vibe but thinking the songwriting and vocals were weak.
That's insane to me lol but a fair opinion I'd say if you don't like that album you won't like any of their stuff
I've only checked that one out and Decemberunderground which I really didn't like. I think I checked out some of the singles of their later albums when they were coming out and never liked anything I heard. Just not a band for me I guess, haha.
Weird, I would have thought they’d have been up your street. I do prefer AFI to My Chem personally but they’re different bands.
I liked Sing For Sorrow through Crash Love but never got into anything from them prior to that or after that.
I guess I just don't like the sound of his voice. He just kinda sounds annoying, don't like his clean vocals and whenever he does his kinda half scream thing it almost sounds like a joke to me lol. Also I remember a lot of like gang vocals and shit which I've never been a big fan of.
spyki you should listen to decemberunderground. it's a lot more like a classic emo crossover record than sing the sorrow, which still kinda has one foot in their black sails/drowning days also the production is p e r f e c t
