Bulletproof Heart is amazing but I think that track list would benefit by moving SING to track 6, right before the “intermission”. I think it should go Bulletproof-Planetary-Only Hope.
Of course. I mean selling out an entire arena tour in minutes is mere child’s play for The Used right?
For a once-in-a-generation band like The Used, the globe is their arena and they've sold out every seat.
the last minute of "Heaven Help Us" when the "YOU DONT KNOW A THING ABOUT MY SINS, HOW THE MISERY BEGINS" hits is like my favourite moment in their discog maybe
helena ghost of you thank you for the venom disenchanted sleep not a terribly unique list apparently but man are they good
The album order always feels off despite TBP being such a great album. There's tons of ways you can improve it, but IMO one of the quickest/easiest is to straight swap around Disappear and Teenagers. Teenagers builds off the major-key-punky momentum of Dead! better than any other song it might come after. And re. the rest of the chat, Sleep is an album highlight, and pairs really well with Mama. I honestly think Disenchanted is the least essential
I Don't Love You doesn't really sound like a Green Day song (it sounds more like Yellow IMO) but I think what makes people say that is the way Gerard sings "yesterday", it's very Billie-Joe.
What are the odds of Thursday opening some of these shows? the NJ dates? Would be wild seeing them in an arena so maybe they wouldn't do it. But I feel like it would fit the band's lineage more than having the Used open up.
The more I think about it, I don’t think The Used is opening. If they were, and Bert is open about it, why wouldn’t it have been announced?
The Used may have a show prior to the MCR tour in one of those cities that would prevent them from being advertised for it.
Openers often aren't announced for a little while anyway. We didn't find out Thursday were opening the Shrine show til it was all sold out for weeks.
I would go nuts if Thursday is the opener. My buddy will go nuts if it's The Used. It's probably neither.
