I didn't like Disenchanted when i first heard it and it's still my least favorite on the album but it's grown on me a lot. Not a bad song on that album

 

Mama is one of my favorite songs of all time. Just. so. GOOD.

 

i've been skipping Cancer lately, but i think it's a brilliant song! I agree with I Don't Love You though. Sounds too much like a Green Day song. Not that that's necessarily bad, it's just boring compared to the rest of their songs.

Sleep is probably my favorite and Famous Last Words...Sharpest Lives is good to. This is how I disappear. Hell! I didn't much like House of Wolves when I first heard it. Now I love rockin out to that!

I also have deep love for the new demos they brought out like the new version (v1) of House of Wolves and Emily

 

Blood definitely is the worst thing on TBP

 

oh no! I LOVE blood!! :D It gives me the same vibes as This is the Best Day Ever (oh, or is that because there's a needle image on that lyric video and not the song. well...i guess it's the song too. Hospitals. Blood. They go hand in hand right? :P)

 

Huh I truly don't understand how I Don't Love You sounds like a Green Day song

 

Yeah if anyone can point me towards any Green Day songs that sound like that I'd be interested.

 

Honestly every song on TBP, except Teenagers, is perfect, even the bsides. Even Teenagers is pretty great, just not on the same level as the rest.

 

Maybe it was just the one song. I believe it was "Redundant", but I can't play it right now to be sure. Same chords or guitars or something. I just loved that GD song and felt annoyed that IDLY sounded so much like that one. Plus, the lyrics are kinda annoying too. I mean, sad or something that love fades. Sigh! ^^

 

Oh gah! How could I forget the bsides?!

 

idk, I don't get a very similar vibe from those two at all. I think "I Don't Love You" is way better too, ha.

 

Ok, well it always reminded me of that somehow so there must be something. Oh well!

 

One more vote here for Sleep being the best song on TBP. That outro gives me chills every time

 

It’s so hard for me to pick between TBP songs. So many classics

 

Mama and Sleep is definitely the high point of that album for me.

 

Black Parade doesn’t have a single miss. It’s one of the few albums with more than 12 songs that I don’t think needs a cut or 2. And the b-sides are good but they definitely picked the right track list from those sessions.

 

Mama and Famous Last Words are unbeatable to me, I can comfortably say I feel those are two of the best songs to come out of the genre in the last 15 years

Also not just TBP, but what’s your least favorite MCR song? I’d have to say for me it’s.... I’m Not Okay. Yeah I know blasphemy

 

I'm Not Okay never gets old for me.

 

Going through the Black Parade again being on the winning side of a cancer fight is such a wildly different experience than the first time i listened to this album haha

 

Kill All Your Friends is a banger and shoulda been on the album. Sleep is probably my least fav
