Also, I'm sure it varies between shows and locations, but I pretended to buy a ticket for another show, and it looks like the Ticketmaster fees were about 28% for the particular one I looked at in Boston.

I think so, but it looks like Ticketmaster already has a button to join a waiting room to automatically move to the queue at 12

The waiting room usually opens between 10-15 minutes before, not exactly 10

the TD Garden is a good sized venue though so I hope I at least get something
