I’m going to try and stay realistic that it’s just the US tour dates and a new “An Offering” video. The instrumental was beautiful in the last one so hyped for that if it’s different this time round.

That being said... there is definitely reason to believe there is more (the albums at each point of the star being the big one). Even if we just get confirmation today there is going to be a new album I’ll be happy.

 

8:35 isn’t early

 

Any way it goes we're definitely going to know a lot more about their plans for the future by noon EST. I'm so so excited. It feels so good to have them back and probably making music. I know we want to try and keep our expectations realistic but if y'all remember the Danger Days rollout, this feels a lot like it to me and that alone has me hype.

 

I still remember that first Danger Days teaser. I was so surprised and excited.

 

This feels bigger than the UK show announcement. I’m sure US shows will be a part of whatever this is, but hopefully more.

What is XX, by the way? Their twentieth anniversary isn’t until next year, right?

Hopefully they just detail all their plans for the year, tour, album, everything!

 

Really trying to keep expectations low re: it being anything other than the tour.

Yeah same lol, still thinking most likely it’s just the tour, which when we consider that until Halloween this band seemed gone, is more than enough for me. New music will come when it’s ready.

 

But what if it IS ready

 

I mean we already know they recorded new music, the proof is “An Offering” and I doubt they’d record that just for a show promo, so I’d say there is more where that came from.

 

I just desperately need new music in my life so every time they do anything I will be hoping.

 

Yeah there’s certainly some reason to think it’s more. We’ll know in a few hours lol (or not if they keep being mysterious)

 

I remember the weird radio thing they had on their website before Danger Days, I would just sit and listen to the static trying to hear songs through it, lol. why they gotta be so cryptic.

It's probably just going to be a Greatest Hits announcement tbh

 

They released a greatest hits in 2014.
Though I guess I'd laugh if they released another one without having released any new music since the first one.
(and curse the world)

I also am now realizing I have an 11am call and don't think it will be over in 35 minutes or less.
My bank account was also at -$75 this morning so, uh, hopefully no presale today?

 

We all know this is just TBP being pressed again, nothing else.
