Agreed. I'd say To the End is probably my least favourite, but by that I mean that I still like it most than 99.9% songs ever written.
My least favorite is either Jetset or Deathwish. Neither are bad, they've just never clicked with or hit me the way every other song has on the album.
After listening to MCR for a few weeks, I started spinning Reggie a couple of days ago (which I haven't done in years). I had no idea he played in MCR, that's crazy.
Yeah it's fucking wild that a Get Up Kids member played a significant role in a mid 2000s emo band since TGUK have gone on record and said that they're embarrassed they inspired so many of those bands. I guess the difference is MCR were a cut above most of those bands
Deathwish or I Never Told You for sure from Three Cheers. Then between those two, Famous Last Words and Demolition Lovers for my favourite MCR song.
Oh shit, you know what, I mixed up Jetset and You Know What They Do To Guys Like Us In Prison. I actually really like Jetset. Prison is good too, but one of my least favorites. Sorry, I'm dumb.
The Ghost Of You is definitely my favorite on Three Cheers, but Helena and I Never Told You What I Do For A Living come close.

I love the western whistle sound in "Hang Em High" and how the drums sound like a galloping horse. That song couldve easily come across as gimmickey and weird but the way the band pulled it off is so cool. Conventional Weapons is so good btw. It definitely feels like Three Cheers part II in a way. I love it.
Bullets is really the only album I go back and listen to. I love Three Cheers but I don't have the urge to listen to as much.
Anyone else here collect MCR merch? Just got back from the post office picking up my 8 Gerard Funko Pops, there's 4 different ones so I had to have one to keep in the box and one for display for each because I'm an adult who shouldn't be allowed to online shop. I still have my collection of magazines, vinyl, the action figures they came out with from Hot Topic ages ago, the Black Parade coffin boxes & masks, clothing, ticket stubs and pretty much anything else they ever sold with their logo on it. It takes up way more space in my spare room than I'm comfortable admitting.
i don't have enough money for this kind of thing. back in their heyday (aka when they were a band) i was but a poor high school student. i'm still bummed i never saw a show (let alone MCR) in high school!
