I understand the little flag indicates a U.K. tour, but this imagery rules and I hope it ties into an album.

 

Can they just announce these dates already? Damn.

 

Like the post I did after where I commented on it, and how extremely unusual it is?

It's extremely unusual for a band to be pretty much confirmed by sources publicly in the way they were, to then not be on the line up.

 

I think a UK or EU tour would inevitably much smaller than an NA tour, though. Don't forget they've announced Download festival dates in Asia, Australia etc - which is before they've been announced for any festival in the US. So it wouldn't be that weird. Clearly they're touring this year, its just a matter of when it all drops.

 

At this point, I would almost put money on a US tour that routes through California in the middle of April, and I would bet that with Coachella off the table, they are currently booking a LA date right around Coachella's dates

Strange thought but I wonder if a reason Coachella didn’t happen was BECAUSE it was so widely reported and rumored. They’re a band that likes a good reveal and this one would have been spoiled for months.

 

If that’s the case altpress better stop reporting on tour and music theories every day or they’re gonna break up again

They're 100% playing London, but that's all I actually know about the MCR UK tour (or dates, anyway).
