I think if they do play, it'll be like a short set or something. I doubt it's the full blown reunion but perhaps like a 6 song set or something with Thursday as an encore set.

 

Can't believe I'm seeing this band for the first time tomorrow. But hell no to lining up at the Shrine now, that's ridiculous.

I've never been so excited to watch horribly recorded concert footage on YouTube.

 

Apparently they started yesterday/the day before? Not too sure.

 

I always think lining up is really dumb but I think for this in particular it'd be worth it

 

It definitely feels like we NEED to. But I have to be honest, probably gonna be tough for me. I'm going with 4 other people and we're planning to get food ahead of time then go straight to the show to catch Chris.

The Roxy is tiny though so we gotta make something happen

Anyway, I feel like I am 50/50 on them playing tonight. The show starts at 8:30, which is when Chris Conley goes on. Let's say a 30 min set, so the band after Chris goes on at... 9:30ish. Thursday is billed as headliner, so you can expect an hour 10/ hour and a half set after encore. That lands you around 11... so yes, it DOES leave time for like, another hour of music.... but I wonder when. Before Thursday? After? Time will tell...

But 8:30 PM on Friday is AFTER Thursday

 

FWIW, last night's show was doors at 7:30, show at 8:30. So the same times as tonight...

Mikey and Frank were just on Fender's insta story picking up their customs. Not to be a gear nerd but these look so sick and I'm too stoked to see them put to use.

 

Love that Mikey went back to the jazz bass. Best bass tones, imo.

I've tried calling The Roxy a few times for set times and nothin. Nothing on social anywhere either lol.

I'm grabbing dinner at the pizza place on the corner before the show, then aiming to get inside in time for Chris. Wearing a very non descript blue t-shit with blue jeans, good luck finding me
