I remember wanting to buy Three Cheers because of that song. My Dad was taking me to the mall and I wanted to stop at GameStop to return some things and buy it myself. Sadly Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater had come out and he helped me buy that instead.
All of the cds I bought as a kid are in chronological order from when I bought them (i would just start at the bottom of a cd rack and then build it up), so i will have to check to see what I bought directly before and after Three Cheers the next time I'm in my childhood bedroom out of curiosity although my mom may have knocked it over once so it might be a little out of order..
If anyone in here is interested in participating in a Chorus members MCR tribute compilation, come sign up!
Agreed. I wish I had a big CD collection growing up so I could do this haha... I grew up deep enough into the iPod generation that most of my music collection was digital.
Haha I am old enough to still have a ton of CDs. I was just thinking yesterday about needing to carry around my Walkman and CD cases. I still do buy CDs here and there now mostly out of tradition.
The full shot of the statue used in the Return artwork announcement. Can’t be a coincidence that it represents the soul entering heaven and life after death. I hope this is somehow linked to imagery and themes for new music but will settle for the ties to their reunion as well.
I've been listening to Dasher a lot recently and I love it. Probably my favorite solo song Gerard has done outside of the Hazy Shade of Winter cover with Ray. Really pretty song.
Oof, that photo makes me so happy. Seeing them together, knowing they're rehearsing... I still can't believe it's real.
I was a huge fan of bullets and felt sort of conflicted about I’m Not Okay, like it was too poppy or silly compared to bullets, but I also couldn’t resist how catchy it was.
