Honestly so sad that Bob Bryar isn't returning on drums, definitely one of my favourite punk/rock drummers of all time.
hmm. I had this theory last night that it will be MCR opening with a shorter set as a 'warm-up,' so as to keep the big Shrine reunion show the next night the main attraction and not overshadow it with a full show at the Roxy, if that makes sense? I mean, for $150 and people flying in from around the world, it'd kinda be lame for them if that ended up NOT being the band's first full reunion headlining show ... at least I hope that's what's going on with this Roxy one...
I haven’t seen Thursday since 2011 so it’s cool but yeah hoping that for that secret MCR support not gonna lie
Like a short six song set or something so as to not overshadow the expensive shrine show like @Jackbo487 said
Is Thursday the “legendary yet to be announced headliner”? Because it’s be weird to tag them in it if so. That’s announcing it
I saw that, and was wondering if the Scenestar (which generally seems to be pretty reputable in LA from what i've seen) is referring to Thursday as a 'legendary' band, or ... OR ... lol
I think either way I’m gonna buy tickets. At the very least I get to see Thursday for like the 10th time.
The Scenestar is a good source, but I wouldn't trust them to have the actual info to officially break the news
