Hesitant Alien is fucking AMAZING. I've been hoping for a new Gerard album for years (obviously I'll take MCR being back over that instead lol), I never go into solo albums from lead singers of bands with high hopes but that album blew me away

 

Yeah I just can't get into Hesitant Alien. I thought it was pretty boring

 

Hesitant Alien is..... cool-ish, I guess. It's a cool concept for a song or two, but a whole album of the same song got a bit tiring

 

I always found it diverse enough and the songwriting is so good on there.

Drugstore Perfume is such a gorgeous song.

 

Loved hesitant alien and still pressed af he skipped us on his solo tour

 

I remember cycling into town at like 8 in the morning and seeing people queuing up for Gerard's solo tour

 

Lmao said this same exact thing in a group chat I’m in while I was attempting my run through

I was at this show last year and it was one of my all time favorite sets from Fest. I think this year the same band did a Used cover set but I missed it so hopefully it got recorded.

 

I love Night Witch, had no idea that they do cover sets lol
