U know I criticized Frank for being harsh on the jobros for spilling the beans, but now that I know the reunion is real I'm kind of annoyed at them too lol. Seems like a douche move to out another artists big surprise reunion before they've announced

 

Not necessarily. Didn’t mention anything regarding touring plans - it seems like if they want to get back together for one show they probably also want to play festivals or do a bunch of shows. Just specifically mentioned that there is not a new album currently.

 

Especially when they had recently reunited themselves. I'm sure they wouldn't have loved someone doing that to them

 

Interesting. The Instagram story posts definitely made me think an album was coming.

For what it's worth, Frank clarified on IG that Joe Jonas actually didn't hear them rehearsing. They were never in NYC. It was just a coincidence.

 

Listening to Bullets for the first time in forever. Not my favorite album by them, but I love the raw sound it has.

The more I think about it the more I think Bullets is my favorite despite its flaws (and maybe cuz of them)

 

Decided in celebration I should watch the first episode of Umbrella Academy. And I can only, so far, report that dating a violinist has ruined all violin scenes in movies or tv for me forever.

 

Have you read the books? You would like them.

 

Are they better than the first ten minutes of this?

 

Far better. I never got around to finishing the show.

 

I’ll probably check them out. I have so much reading to finally get around to.

 

I enjoyed the comics, but I honestly didn't find them to be as great as people made them out to be. The art also made things hard to follow at times for me. I think I liked the show more, even with its flaws. It gets way better as the season goes

 

The show doesn't seem like my thing, but I do get the feeling like the main audience is teens

 

Going from Watchmen last night to this isn’t doing it any favors. Heh. I’ll stick it out for an episode at least.

 

There are some things I rly enjoyed about the umbrella academy show but what I didn't enjoy like I REALLY didn't enjoy. Not much middle ground for me.

 

I quit about 5 minutes after the “i think we’re alone now” dance scene - just found it, honestly really bad. My wife loved it though and binged it all in like 2 afternoons.

 

I do think I would have given up on that show early if it weren't for Cameron Britton and Robert Sheehan tbh

 

my older brother said he tore through it. i havent seen any of it

 

this is next on my reading list...

 

who's playing drums? any speculation?

 

Dug out this bad boy. I don't have a VCR anymore but I'm pretty sure it's a taping of the my chemical romance $2 Bill performance that my stepmom recorded for me because we didn't have mtv2 lol

 

The show starts off slow but it’s one of those ‘each episode is better than the last’ type of shows
