Honestly I relistened to Light last night to double check and it just doesn't do anything for me at all. It's a ballad which is nice I guess but like... Not really notable Boy division is my vote
I've always been kind of super attentive when it comes to vocal melodies in songs (not that I'm anything special by saying that but still) and the melody it uses just instantly caught me. If a song has a vocal melody that particularly gets me I obsess over it. I wanna say the most recent song to do this for me was "How Far I'll Go" from the movie Moana lmao
Gotta give my vote to Boy Division, it's been stuck in my head for days now. So glad for this bracket vote finally getting me to give CW a listen and adding them to my MCR playlist, I've been missing out on some good songs.
