The season premiere was really fun. Kara and Jimmy are super cute together haha. Also did not expect Bizarro at all.
Jimmy being real frustrating in this one haha. I really hope they don't stretch the "will they, won't they" for too long. Fun episode though!
Am I crazy or has this season felt more silly and fillery so far? I enjoyed it enough though. Seems like we will be getting more plot going forward from Jon Kent's time travel. Cool seeing bald Lex.
It's been so fun tho, like a bit of slice of life right before shit starts getting real. It's cute setting them all navigating their relationships (or lack thereof) in their own ways.
Yeah I am enjoying that stuff, don't get me wrong. I love Lois/Clark and Jimmy/Kara relationship stuff. But I'm just itching for more serious plot mixed in with it all. Superman feels kind of sidelined in a show with his name in it, if that makes sense? But, I love the other characters so it's fine. Again, I think my minor nitpicks will be resolved shortly based on the end of this episode
Really fun episode. Very clear theyre taking quite a bit of inspiration from the Android saga from DBZ. Makes me wonder if something much worse is going to come from the future like Cell, and Hank being the "big bad" is a misdirect. Brainiac is still buried in the fortress... Hmmm. Jon is a really fun character. Weird how he seems kind of avoidant about Kara, wonder what that's about. Seeing Comet was sweet. Wish we actually saw Ma and Pa interact with Jon instead of just kinda standing around in the background.
Damn that was peak. That episode must have left a good dent in the animation budget. Best episode of the entire series?
