Clip doesn't sound like anything new or groundbreaking, but mxpx writes solid mxpx songs. And this is exactly what that sounds like.

Have you been able to track down the MxPx beer with the same album artwork branding? Pretty sure it’s available in your area. I found some in Western WA recently and it’s great!

 

In case there are any MxPx and beer fans…I love that they’ve done several collaborations with Silver City over the years.

 

Will need to check local places, haven't seen it anywhere I've looked so far.

 

Here to talk about the album Panic. I admittedly forgot all about this album over the years, but I’ve been jamming it hard since they announced a new album. It’s great. Kinda feel like I discovered a new MxPx album haha.

 

Low key great MXPX album. “The Story” is up there on my favorite list.

Panic, at the time, felt like such a reaction to the gloss/high production of BEAA. And it has amazing songs on it. Darkest Places might be my favorite MxPx song. Seeing them at a Seattle in-store album release party play the first six tracks off it in a row and then, randomly one of the best deep cuts of theirs ever- Call In Sick- is such a wonderful memory. Mike’s wife was there and it’s obviously about her, so he gave her a shoutout.

LIG will always be my favorite. So many memories with that damn thing.

 

Same here. It's gotta be LIG. Putting the demo copy into the Discman (I'm old) at the local Christian bookstore and hearing that palm-muted intro to "Middlename" was a life-changing moment.
