I'm gonna say it... Past Remains and ... And We Drive need first presses!

 

Hell yes! And We Drive! I was really hoping for these guys to play that album front to back for its 20th(!) anniversary this September. He replied in February that there were talks but, alas, it seems nothing came of those talks.

 

Loving how fun and fast paced this album is, compared to listening to Spanish Love Songs beforehand which to me is more of a slow burn. This one is just what I needed lol

 

Fun record. Really enjoyed my first listen

 

Watching the livestream right now and they’re playing through the new album again. Haha it’s awesome but a little surprised they did it again.

 

Same. And yea, last I checked last nights was available on their page still. Oh well.

 

Also, I guess the connection to all the other bands is they took over their YouTube channels for the livestream. Which is great but I’d prefer Matt Thiessen showed up and sang a song with them lol

 

Mike talking about his love of Anberlin reminded me of when I saw probably the only time Anberlin and MxPx have shared the stage together way back in 2006…that was a fun, sort of odd pairing.

 

Sounds like they’ll be playing more than just the album.

Jk? Mike said something like, “we won’t just be playing a half hour tonight.”

 

He was referring to Warped Tour and the 30 minute time limit they had for sets there. Technically they played for like 45 minutes lol

It's crazy that the band has made 4 livestreams in 3 days... Way to celebrate a new record!
I think they also did a livestream for their 'Self Titled' album back in 2018, right?
If so, anyone has a rip version of that? I can't find it on youtube.

 

What is happening…they played the album live again tonight, for the third time??! Is this what they’ll be doing every night from now on? Haha

 

The faster songs on the album sound so classic 90's mxpx punk and I'm loving it. This is going to get a lot of spin from me.

Mine arrived Saturday, looks and sounds great.

 

They actually played more than the album in their latest stream. I just started watching, three songs in, and they took requests as they played the album it looks like. Looks like they played an hour extra.

 

Cautious Optimistic and Excuse My French are awesome and standouts for me

 

Loving the Bad Religion vibes in “Ready to Rage”

 

Probably ignored someone’s request for Misplaced Memories haha
