Musou Games (Dynasty Warriors, Samurai Warriors, etc) Video Game

Warriors games (colloquially known as "Musou" games) are a series of hack n slash games made by Techmo Koei, most of which are set in either the Three Kingdoms era of China (Dynasty Warriors) or the Sengoku era of Japan (Samurai Warriors) with a slew of expansions and spin offs including Legend Of Zelda (Hyrule Warriors), Fire Emblem (Fire Emblem Warriors), and even dipping its toes into other cultures like the Trojan War (Warriors: Legends of Troy) and the Hundred Years War (Bladestorm). Theres also a crossover series known as Warriors Orochi which answers the simple question of "what if the Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors met?". Warriors Orochi also introduces its own set of unique characters in addition to pulling from other Techmo Koei franchises. Like all the Musou games, the Warriors Orochi series is pure over the top mindless hack n slashing with ridiculous story lines and the pure fanservice of seeing the characters interact.

So I figured instead of me clogging up the videogame thread id just make a thread for these games. I love them. Theyre ridiculously over the top but theyre so fun to play.
