Could someone try and find out which chords the strings are playing at the end of this track?

 

I wanna try and replicate them on guitar somehow

 

Following the bass movement, it sounds like a vi-IV-I-ii-vi progression in the key of E.
So C#min-Amaj-Emaj-F#min-back to the C#min.

You could capo 4 and play in C. So Amin-FMAJ-CMAJ-Dmin. That would probably be a bit easier.

 

I want to learn to play the guitar. But it seems really difficult for me to understand all these chords. I would appreciate any advice about how to learn and understand chords.

 

I began to learn musical theory three months ago. It also was hard for me to learn notes and chords on the guitar. But step by step, as my tutor had recommended me, I succeeded. The same, I would recommend to you. Be patient with yourself, and don't let yourself get frustrated if something goes wrong. Also, you can click here and find a lot of tutorial videos. It helped me a lot. I watched how other people played on the guitar, and I repeated after them. If you're passionate about music, then it might help you too.
