Hit this album cold (outside of Silk) and mang, is it ever good

 

The transition from Runners High -> Home by Now might be my favorite of the year. Once the synths come in I lift to another plane of existence lol

 

Picked this up on vinyl AND just heard Home By Now on one of the Fortnite car radio stations

 

As one does.

The Telegraph in New London, CT. I was down at a beach house for a bachelor party weekend and we stopped there to check it out

 

“Shooting Star” is so gorgeous. What a perfect closing track.

 

Runner’s High is gonna be a behemoth live

Definitely my second favourite on here. Incredible song.

 

Played a gig over the weekend and as soon as our set finished, sound person put on Silk Chiffon and gave me a little head nod. Gay agenda coming in full throttle

 

Home by Now is my favorite, Runners High is so good - feels like the sequel to Never, Silk Chiffon is one of the best pop songs in the last few years, there’s so much to love on this record

 

Fantastic record. Revisited their first album and I still think that’s one of the best pop albums of the last five years. A classic in my eyes. Also, seems like their debut is one of my most valuable records I own on vinyl.

 

The band liked this, I'm considering my theory confirmed.

 

Silk Chiffron was used in a beautiful moment in the new Maya Hawke Netflix film “No Revenge”
