    The rivalry is back on

    I don’t think I realized before going to this show how much of a breakout album this was for them

    Crowd was way into every single song on S/T and didn’t seem to know the About U stuff that they played as well

    I think they only play one song from About U these days. I saw them at a festival in that era and the set was a bit lackluster due to Katie's voice being shot likely due to heavy touring at the time. Every time since they've been much better and this new album is almost being treated like a debut by them and their management.

    holy shit they're playing a sideshow in Belfast in August the night after the Boygenius support set in Dublin. should I try getting tickets? what are they like live?

    They are incredible. They sound so good live, and have lots of energy. The crowd was also super into it, it was like the happiest concert I've ever been to lol
