Well yeah, but those people are barely hanging on to their faith if they're at a support group. And Mr Robot hadn't attacked organized religion yet, so I guess they had to so they could cross that off the "Edgy To-Do List."
alllll caught up!! I always say the most important thing to make a show successful is characters, and boy oh boy, does this show have some AWESOME characters. I'm actually interested in the backstories and archs of our three main characters, and even our oddball bad guy characters too. I want to move on from this Elliot mental breakdown stuff though
Last nights 'realization' moment at the end, to me, was sooooo similar to the Hank/Breaking Bad moment.
This show is so good. I honestly don't know how they get away with some of the things on it for cable, but it's probably because it's on USA and most of the shows I watch are on AMC and FX
Same here. That was so terrifying and effective. I think he went to the church (or wherever that group meets), but there's probably more to it than that.
He gave her evidence that those two are involved with inside trading. Tough to know his endgame with that at this point. Their insider trading could be negatively effecting the stock price, so he has an incentive to get rid of them. Also use it as a test to see how far she's willing to go to move up in the company. She's in a tough spot... she has the ammo to get back at two people responsible for the decision that killed her mother, but doing so would ruin the lives of two seemingly good people who have families of their own.
Carly and Sam were tweeting earlier about how "epic" tonight's episode is going to be. Seriously cannot wait! Sam also tweeted that this episode has his favorite music selection to date (which is saying a lot) and he "apologized" (lol) for giving us another extended episode.
Elliot killed Romero right? Romero wasn't in his dream of the future but he hadn't been told about the murder yet.
So Mr. Robot's website released a full 8 minute version of the metafictional low budget 80's slasher movie "The Careful Massacre of the Bourgeoisie" that was featured last night. It's so awesome.
They did an excellent job building in detail to Elliot's scene's these last three episodes, but I am so glad he's finally back "online" so the plot can advance. Him sitting in a room arguing with Mr Robot was starting to get boring. The White Rose/Phillip Price scene was great. Proves WR is the one pulling the strings, but I'm not really sure which strings he's pulling and why... Sounds like he's going to play a bigger role going forward.
