What was the big reveal? I'm foggy on the ending since I haven't watched it since it aired, but I remember there being another kind of twist at the end. Someone was knocking on Elliot's door, right?
I feel like I've said this before (maybe on AP) but IMO the reveal of Mr. Robot being in Elliot's head wasn't supposed to be shocking for the viewer, it was supposed to be shocking for Elliot. That's why they followed it up with that "you knew the whole time, didn't you?" line to the camera. It's watching a man come to terms with his own illness.
The pilot is the best episode of the season imo. It's cool that they immediately jumped into the season long story immediately after, but I really wanted some stand alone episodes of him hacking shitty people.
Apparently the interesting/douchey/semi-famous/hacker twitter user "Jester Actual" is going to have some sort of cameo in s2.
That's weird he'd be up for appearing considering his motives and the political ideals the protagonists on the show espouse could not be more different. Jester is a right wing militaristic hacker that DoS'd the Ecuadorian stock exchange because their government was considering granting asylum to Edward Snowden. It's weird to me he'd support Mr. Robot, let alone agree to do a cameo.
Did the Mr. Robot Facebook page really start streaming the first episode of season 2? There's a clip up now, I don't know if it went longer. Security Check Required
Lame it's a live stream. Makes sense but man I wish I knew about this earlier haha. I'll patiently wait for a rip or til Wednesday I suppose.
