He said on his Twitter a few months ago that he didn't have any more plans in terms of Moving Mountains. Not sure about his production stuff.

 

Thats too bad.

 

Would be a shame. Dude is majestically talented. Everything he’s produced has sounded absolutely pristine.

 

Well that sucks hard. Especially if you wanted to offer a project to work on. I've just checked some contact information if it would appear to be active at all and I see movmou webpage is long gone, Ansible fb profile is gone along with most of the tunes on the web I could find.

 

FUKK. That’s devastating. The music industry must’ve really exhausted him.

 

Honestly one of THE great Bruce covers along with Dessa’s “I’m Going Down”

 

Brian Fall and the Crowes live cover of Atlantic City was great too.

I think generally, most Springsteen covers sound pretty good and that could be credited to a form of good song writing.

 

Was cleaning up an old hard drive earlier and found these sessions ripped in my iTunes folder. Completely forgot about this, love that they did it. I remember the AP review had a few of them embedded too

 

This band really was something special.

 

The self titled is absolutely incredible; juggles around my Top 5 albums of all time

 

Spun Waves the other day and will reiterate my most controversial AP.net/Chorus opinion that Waves is head and shoulders above the self titled.

 

I really like all their records, but I’d put Waves ahead slightly. I like the variety in the vocals in that record. I wish they had more albums.

 

Waves is definitely their worst record IMO, but it’s not bad.

 

Production really really holds the first two back imo

 

You counting Foreword? Pneuma is actually my favorite of theirs.

 

Lots of hood choices. Wish they had a larger discography because each release has something I like about it.

I just can't deal with the production on Pneuma. Everything after that I enjoy quite a bit. I think they improved with each album.

 

Ah yeah I wasn’t thinking of Foreward, just Pneuma and Waves. I don’t think I’d have included it anyway tho, that one sounds ok imo

 

waves was my favorite for a long time but i’ve settled on it being last now tbh. still great.
