Nice video clip on Moving Mountains IG talking about how this newest record was essentially the sound of them reforming as a band and "tees them up for more records." Ends with "while we just put out a new record, in my mind, i'm already like we need to get back together and put out a moving mountains record"
Bout half way through it now. Greg plays the drums on Snow on Norris Street and said it was the "Fairweather" song. And that it isn't a song they will play live.
Just came across this band thanks to the review of Good Charlotte's new album. Why have I never heard of them before? Need song recommendations asap!
Literally listen to Pruning of the Lower Limbs, then s/t, then Pnemua. But their discography is wonderful, enjoy
So good to hear, I hoped the overwhelmingly positive reaction to them coming back and the new album would light a fire under them to keep going
hell yeah, "the whole discography" was pointed out above, but Waves and Foreword EP are both essential, and I think could both be more accessible to new listeners actually @pbueddi just try some snippets from each release and decide which ones are more up your alley first (there's not a bad choice in my opinion ;u)
I assume this is the same variant as what's up on Bandcamp for pre-order? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FHHVJ18W/?tag=absolutepunk-20
Openers announced for the upcoming shows (Hurry in Philly) on their IG. Oh and this album still rules.
I still can’t believe this record happened and that it’s so good man. Coming into a whole new life with fall rolling in
The album feels like a spring/early summer record for me but it will be getting plenty of spins this fall.
Anyone have an extra ticket or two I can buy for the Somerville show on October 18th? I was originally going to be out of town but things have changed!
So much good music out lately but this keeps slipping back into rotation, seeing them live in essentially peak fall vibes is gonna be such a blissful experience
