I absolutely love all of the parts with the female vocalist(s?). It’s such a nice touch. Does anybody with the vinyl see who’s credited for that?

Her Instagram is private so I'm not sure if she's done any solo stuff.

I love my 45rpm records, except for how quick I have to flip them.They usually sound great though.

 

Props to Jason for putting this as #1 on his mid year list.

 

I still need to dig in more, but the outro to Everyone Is Happy is the first new music in awhile to bring me chills. Even before the vocals come back it puts me in a light trance. Absolutely gorgeous.

 

I really love Voices, particularly the end

One of my favorite riffs that I’ve written and foolishly did nothing with one was one many years ago that is almost note for note the main lick in Voices lol. I heard it and immediately laughed, then felt validated when an old friend I hadn’t seen or even really spoken with since before the pandemic texted me the song and said “Dude isn’t that your riff?!?!?!”

Now please MM if you could change all of my manic voice notes and half finished daw sessions into actually good songs then my life’s work will be complete

 

Voices and Houses combo is supreme, Houses in particular is slowly becoming one of my favorite of theirs

 

Houses is still my favorite here. The last 1:45 of that song especially is so perfect

i’ve been spinning this, and it’s fucking great. but i know it’s gonna shine once things get chilly around here. fall has always been mov mou season for me

 

Today my partner was shaving her legs and she told me she was pruning her lower limbs.

 

This continues to hit hard with me. Favorite song changing daily. AOTY so far. Quite a change up from Porter Robinson dominating my 2024 lol.

unfortunately am out of town during the Boston show. Hope we get more shows soon. Sending this album to a ton of people and purchased the vinyl. Hope MM are truly feeling the love from everyone!

 

Even though it's been out much longer than the album, I still get "Ghosts" stuck in my head all the time.

 

This hit really hard on a camping trip over the weekend. Might be my aoty

 

It’s getting close to taking my top spot. It’s essentially a tie with deafheaven at this point and whichever is 1 is the one I listened to last (currently this but last night watching the deafheaven KEXP set that was winning)
