Once in a while I remember that they made a show based off the Geico cavemen.

For as popular as True Blood was at its time, it feels like it has very little legacy.

“TV shows that no longer exist” seems more appropriate. Things that were at least moderately big at the time but have fallen away. Which I guess yeah is still nearly all of them

 

Lena Dunham is still (in)famous but I don’t feel like people have talked about Girls much since it ended. It had a lot of great individual episodes in the later seasons but it was definitely getting repetitive by season 4 or so

 

tell me you just created this for fun. This isn’t real.

 

A lot of streaming shows are also extremely forgettable not because they’re necessarily bad, but because it comes out all at once and you enjoy it, but you ram through it in a week or so and then you forget about it until the next season comes. Especially with shows that are one long story like Stranger Things, it makes all the episodes bleed together in your head.
