Literally that scene was this movie's entire ad campaign. Nobody knew what this movie was even about. The trailers for it were just that shark doing the goofy laugh.
It worked for me and my friends at least lol We were doing that goofy laugh to eachother before we even saw the movie
Since Sniper is on the Sundance channel right now, a good time to remember that that movie has like 10 sequels and literally none of them happened As far as I can tell this is the last one with Tom Berenger, and it was released in 2020 and there's been 3 more movies since then lol
I was pretty disappointed with it. I feel like summer theatre camp is a solid base for comedy and it just didn’t know what to do with it.
This definitely happened at one point, but feels like it didn't happen now. For example, I only ever remember it exists when it gets played on the SyFy channel. Kinda crazy for a movie that was, at one point, the center of "the discourse"
It was released to theaters in March 2020, riiiiiiight when everything was closing down for the pandemic
yeah one of the first ones that was like actually you can just pay $25 and watch this right now on itunes
