I keep seeing posts that are like "What's a 10 out of 10 movie that no one has seen" and it got me thinking, what's a 0/10 movie that everyone has seen?

Live action Grinch sucks ass

 

Feel like this is an untenable premise. It's very easy for something really good to go unnoticed by the mainstream but I feel like something really unarguably bad stops getting an audience at a certain point unless it enters the "so bad, it's good" category where people watch it to say they've watched it.

 

Anyone that likes the live action grinch had to grow up watching it because it is truly terrible.

 

I think we turned it off.

 

Maybe a better way to phrase it is, "what's the worst movie practically everyone has seen?"

My first thought was Forrest Gump, Crash or The Green Book because of how many people have seen them and how much worse they are than the general public's consensus was. But I don't think everything about those films is terrible.

A few years ago I probably would have said the Home Alone movies but they've grown on me a bit

 

I actually feel like I would hate those films if I rewatched them today. An annoying little kid gets left behind by his neglectful parents and everyone learns a valuable lesson only long enough for the sequel to happen.
