Unfortunately, Smith has a fanbase that keeps them in the spotlight far more than they deserve.

 

At the very least, this looks mildly palatable. "Clerks 3" stunk and the "Jay and Silent Bob Reboot" and "Yoga Hosers" are some of the worst movies committed to film.

 

I don't think any of them are THAT bad if you knoww hat you're getting into. Late-era Kevin Smith is what it is. This trailer is bizarre because the first half looks like a very generic Movie That Doesn't Exist and the back half looks like...well, a Kevin Smith film.

This is a fascinating look at an actual Kevin Smith Movie That Didn't Happen. Kind of.

 

I challenge anyone to watch "Yoga Hosers" and say it's not one of the worst movies of all time.

 

I think it's fun, but I also went opening night with my college roommate and that's a fun memory. We watch Tusk every year around Halloween.

I cannot bring myself to watch his last 4-5 movies. I know I’ll be mad for wasting my time.

 

My friend and I make it a point to watch all of his movies when they’re released on VOD. We were, like many, profoundly Smith-pilled in the ‘90s/early ‘00s. Then we went the complete other direction.

I think “Zak and Miri” was his last decent movie and I think he’s a fascinating talker and personality. But as a filmmaker, he’s way too far up his ass, exclusively creating tributes to himself that I think routinely stink.
