This is one of those movies I saw on the shelves of my local video store every time I went in. I may have even rented it one time, but I can't recall a single thing about it, so I'm guessing I didn't actually watch it.
I don't know if I know what this is, but it looks cool as hell and like something I would've loved as a kid.
same issue as Chris Pine and Channing Tatum where Hollywood doesn't know what to do with someone who's hot but also kinda weird
Chris Pine I get, but Channing Tatum? He’s been cast pretty well. Magic Mike, Logan Lucky, and Jump Street were all pretty big successes that played to his strengths.
To be fair, he co-directed the dog movie and it was based partly on his final days with his own dog. I dunno if that really counts as someone else not knowing what to do with him.
I also don't know if I'd say Pine's been misused. He was great in the Treks and D&D at least. Dunno how he was in the Wonder Womans.
Chris Pine is usually great in whatever he's in. First Wonder Woman he was awesome, 1984 was all sorts of terrible but not because of him. Into the Woods, Spiderverse, Wet Hot American Summer, Hell or High Water were all great performances from him
