I said it in here before but I was gifted a subscription and tried to just add my CC to the app to keep charging me and that didn't happen. I asked a question on the in app service (because I could not get through on the phone) and they didn't answer for over a week, then I saw a notification. By this time my gift was up and it kicked me out of the app and I couldn't log in because I didn't have a subscription (but the notification came up on my phone??). I emailed to figure out how to renew and they didn't answer for weeks basically telling me that I have to just create a new account. A friend of mine just had a gift subscription end and they let her renew on the same card and everything, no issue. Zero consistency with this company, haha.
They didn’t allow it for a long time but they’ve since changed that in the last couple month. I remember seeing them promoting that as a new feature and thinking it was extremely dumb haha

Completely blacked out in a 50 miles radius save for Slender Man. I'm pissed 'cause I've been pretty defensive of this garbage company but if I pay for a service I kind of expect to be able to use that service ya know? Really wanted to see BlackkKlansman tonight too.

Seems to be the trend. Everything is normally gone by 3pm out here. Definitely gonna get Blackkklansman in this morning while I can.
And they're gone already. Guess I'm buying a ticket for Spy Who Dumped Me and walking into Blackkklansman. This is ridiculous. I'm hoping for everything to go back to normal on the 15th, but I'm skeptical. Luckily I'll have 10 days to see how the update goes before they charge me again.
After like 15 minutes of playing with the app I got it to work for Cameron Post, I saw the guy ahead of me use his card or else I was just going to pay out of pocket
here is how I fixed my app: I deleted it forever. that felt a lot cooler in my head. also my sub is up in two days and movie pass has made it impossible for me to even watch anything.
I’ve already seen 2 movies this pay period. Even with the issues, I don’t see a point in stepping out now.
