I'd jump on A-List if it included indie theaters. That's the only thing keeping me hanging onto MoviePass for the time being.
Christopher Robin and Fallout are showing up for me now. But the early showing I wanted to see isn’t showing up. I may wait for the box office to open and go buy a 7 o’clock showing for CR as long as it stays as an option.
Saw Christopher Robin last night and my membership expires today so looks like that'll be the last one

I have too many damn movies on my list right now: BlackKklansman, Mission Impossible, Christopher Robin, 8th Grade, Crazy Rich Asians is coming out soon. I'm not sure I'll have the time for all of it.

Good thought but nah because it works In the morning but around noon all the theaters in my area say “no more showings available today” Today is now 6 days in a row that this has happened to me
I finally broke down and called customer service. After being hung up on 4 times I finally got someone on the phone. She said when a movie shows up and then disappears it’s because the movie wasn’t supposed to show up at all but their system had a glitch. She told me if it happens again I should either check in to the movie (even though I’m not close enough for it to work) or take a screenshot of the movie in the app and call back again. That way I have proof that it was listed in the app earlier in the day... With that the customer service rep MIGHT be able to manually check me into the movie depending on if it gets approved. Lol what a fucking joke. I feel terrible for anyone working customer service for this company. I’ve worked in call centers for a long time and I can’t even imagine how shitty people are to them lately.
yeah I can't picture them as a real company, like obviously they have customer service/tech support/social media people but I just imagine one dude doing it
yeah back in February when we signed up we tried several times to reach them and they didn't respond to email or answer the phones at all
yeah once the app wasn't working and I had to figure out on my own to delete it and reinstall it because no one responded to my email until a month later and then when they did they didn't answer my question and directed me somewhere else
I just called the number on the first post in here. It took a couple tries but I got a hold of someone rather quick compared to other stories I’ve heard. She made it sound like there’s very little orginization going on. She kept saying “hopefully everything is better by the end of the month”. Hopefully they get paid well because that sounds like a terrible working environment.
