Not every showing is showing up for me. I have about 2-3 movies per theater but it seems random. Ex: mamma Mia is an option in one theater but not another. Just when I thought i was out... Mitch Lowe pulls me back in.
it's venture capital/hedgefund money and I don't think anyone has a clue how that works haha, some people just have millions of dollars and no one knows what they do
I only had mine for two months and saw 13 movies. That’s more movies than I’ve seen in the last 5 years combined probably, so it’s been worth it for me. Sad to see it go, I really wanted to catch eighth grade with it but it’s not here yet. I also wanted to catch Unfriended dark web cause no way am I paying for that lol
Have some showings listed in the app again after 2 days of nothing. Going to roll the dice and head to the theater to see if I can actually get movie pass to pay for unfriended
Oh yeah and I do see like 2 movies on there now of course for the time there’s not many showings left at this hour but they were there so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I've seen 50 movies (plus a bunch of rewatches when that was allowed) since November. That comes out to like less than two bucks a movie. Not to mention how it rekindled my love of movies and going to see movies in the theater and gave me a fun activity to share with my family and friends. Totally worth it in every way. I'm gonna be very, very sad to see it die, c'mon Regal give us a good plan!
One of my lifelong friends works at Regal HQ in their marketing department. I’ll text her in the morning.
It’s almost baffling how this business model (Moreso the “annual pass to the movies” part as opposed to the “lose money at every turn” part) didn’t become a thing much sooner.
they're still gonna have people using their program next week, and will be getting more subscribers, so probably not
