Upgrade TONIGHT!

 

MoviePass Has Another Convoluted Plan to Survive

They’re buying a movie studio.

“MoviePass will take over ownership of the 80 films in EFO’s library like End of Watch and Lone Survivor as well as its current production slate, which includes an adaptation of the Atari game Asteroids and Martin Scorsese’s The Irishman.”

 

I have no idea what this company is doing, but I'm going to keep on using it and hope it works out.

 

So I am almost sure my payment from May never got taken out. I never got an email or anything saying there was a problem with payment. But I haven’t tried using it since and I’m curious what is happening lol

 

I'm interested in two things. Advanced tickets and the bring a friend plan which would really help out my wallet when I take my GF.

 

I’ve seen so much in the last week and a half: Disobedience, Beast, First Reformed, RBG, Deadpool 2, and Solo.

I’m still hoping to see American Animals, Upgrade, and Adrift this weekend.

think I am going to see action point on saturday and upgrade probably on wednesday

 

Doing Upgrade tomorrow morning.

 

going to try and catch Action Point tonight. Upgrade looks interesting as well.

 

Action Point and Upgrade makes for a solid weekend

 

Upgrade was great.

 

If I can get out of work a little early, I might check out Action Point. Seems like a perfect MP movie.
Will be my 13th movie since getting my card on 2/11.

 

I know if you use your regal rewards card while buying your Action Point ticket this weekend you get a free digital download of Bad Grandpa for anyone interested in that.

 

Only one in the theater for Action Point. This is probably gonna suck. Thank god for moviepass!

 

So Moviepass just responded to my email about a refund because the app wasn’t working...that I sent back on February 21st lol


And it didn’t even answer my question. It just said sorry for the inconvenience and update the app

That’s what you call good customer support

 

moviepass is perfect for like action point and upgrade when those are movies I'd likely never go to $5 Tuesday for.

my fiance saw it last weekend with her friend and said it was fine, nothing great but worth a moviepass viewing

 

That’s about my expectations so great haha

 

The guy i just got my ticket from was raaaving about how awesome upgrade was. now excited. hope he didnt oversell it.
