Found out earlier that there's an AMC Dine In that's entirely recliner seats. I also just found my new favorite theater. Saw Blockers. Its good, and worth the movie pass going, but I'm not sure I would have paid for it. Definitely a good time if you're looking for something to do.
I didn't get an email but I had to do the ticket stub thing and it went smoothly It was funny because it was the one time I do a cheap matinee and save them money they wanted proof, just happened that way
Opens everywhere on the 20th I think? I don't want to deal with the parking where it's playing closest.
already looking forward to using my pass two times this coming weekend for super troopers 2 and I feel pretty. Defiently would have seen Super Troopers 2 regardless, but I Feel Pretty is just an excuse to sit in a nice recliner on a sunday afternoon bahahahahaha.
Really hoping I can get good seats for Super Troopers on Friday night. May go into work late and try to swing by the theater in the morning.
Im really not too worried about it selling out. Maybe the first night, but it wont break 10 mil opening weekend so shouldnt be too hard.
Ha! I saw the original one opening night and the following day both high as hell. But 16 years later Im not the same person so I shall be seeing this one sober. Enjoy!
In case anyone was wondering, just got off the phone with MoviePass. This is a thing that happens on occasion when you get added to the Beta. Was on the phone for about 10 minutes and now my card is good to go again.
Going to try to sneak out of work early and see Annihilation, it's not playing many places around here anymore. PS I feel like the app is draining my battery even faster than normal. Even after I've restarted my phone it still opens itself in the background, multiple times during the day I get "MoviePass has crashed" notifications when I haven't been using it.
I don't know what happened but apparently Moviepass retroactively gave a Fandor subscription to everyone who subscribed to their $95 annual plan back in November. I've never really checked into Fandor so I don't know exactly what to expect but I'm okay with free stuff. Any recommendations?
Where'd you hear about this? I just tried logging in with Facebook without making an account first and it worked.
Nvm all it did was create a profile with no subscription. I tracked down the email in my inbox; the link didn't work.
My buddy accidentally deleted his so he just wrote them an email telling them what happened and they sent him a new link. I would try that.
Weird. Link worked for me. My account in Fandor says this: Your current access period expires on: April 16, 2019.
I think it's because I hit login with Facebook first so now it associates my email address with that instead of Moviepass.
Just saw “Sweet Country” and loved it. Really dark but a powerful story. Is this playing in your areas? I didn’t see any commercials for it but checked it out based on the RT score.
