New app looks nice but is buggy as hell for me. Took ten minutes to get checked in for Annihilation last night.
yeah it's weird I feel like one day it just went from there are so many mainstream comedies to there's maybe a couple of year, like it was every movie stars Will Ferrell and Owen Wilson yay one day and if Will and Owen make any more movies I'll be furious the next a bunch on the horizon though- Blockers, I Feel Pretty, Life Of The Party, Holmes And Watson I'm sure there are others I'm missing
I'm really looking forward to Annihilation and Game Night, but I still gotta see Get Out and Dunkirk while they're back in theaters.
I'll be going to a movie every night this week starting tomorrow night. Annihilation, Dunkirk, Lady Bird, Game Night, Call Me By Your Name, Phantom Thread, and finally Red Sparrow. I think the biggest streak I've had before this was 4 nights in a row when I first got my card.

Was browsing the app this morning and a theater ten miles down the road started playing Call Me By Your Name this afternoon. Hoped right in the car! Starts in about 5 minutes.
Me and @thesoftskeleton have had Moviepass for over a month and have used it exactly once so far. Been having a lot of issues getting any support. My problems are fixed I guess, but she's not able to check in at theaters because the app says her card isnt activated The other issue we have is that apparently they lowered the price to $8/mo but our billing info still says $10?
I don't think you're going to have any luck getting them to lower the price. I think you're unfortunately kind of locked in at the rate it was when you joined... which is dumb because you can't quit and rejoin without waiting 9 months, but I guess that's all part of it. At the end of the day I look at it as, "I signed up to pay $10 a month for unlimited movies, and it's more than worth that to me. So even if the price goes down, I'm still getting a great deal." Sorry it hasn't worked for you @ChaseTx and @thesoftskeleton - It's been great for me.
Site says $7.95 is a limited offer for first time subscribers only. So probably not available for those who already have subscriptions. Bummer since I ordered mine on the first of this month. Should've waited!
yeah I guess my only issue with it was that I couldn't figure out how to draw the M pattern when buying e tickets, and customer service wouldn't respond to me so it was just very confusing Kaitie just can't use her card because for some reason it wasn't activated oh yeah I can deal with it if it's just a promotional thing
Have you since tried re-activiating Kaitie's card? I'm not sure why it would need to be RE-activated if you already did it once, but I dunno.... I HIGHLY suggest this subreddit MoviePass Club • r/MoviePassClub It will help you WAY more than MP customer service will. I haven't used E-ticketing except for maybe twice, but I've had MP since October now and have had 100% success at probably 40-50 movies. I always check in on the app and then buy tickets from the kiosk. Never had any issues. If I can help in any way, let me know. I love MP so much and want it to work well for everyone.
That's the thing, we couldn't see where in the app you can activate it. Online it says the app should prompt you to enter the last 4 digits of the card number, but it didn't for her, and when you go to her account info, it says the card is still processing
