He seems really passionate about ads and buying products due to product placement. honestly can’t say I’ve ever watched something and then actively went to buy what I saw in it.
Sounds like this is a tool for studios to use to determine what products they should pay to have placed in what movies. Bad.
general rule of thumb for anyone doing anything: ask yourself "Is this thing I'm working on literally part of the plot of a black mirror episode?" If the answer is "yes", don't do the thing.
