    At one of the local theaters they've basically removed all people working the front desk and set up a series of Kiosks at the counters. Kiosks are dope as hell but they have it set up in such a way that there's absolutely no lines unless you're paying with cash. It's chaos

    Nah, you have to check in on the app, then go through the normal process of buying a ticket in the theater, which is where you'd pick your seat.

    If the kiosk is open, then you can check in on the app and go buy your ticket/pick you seat at the kiosk.

    I've even heard of people going to a movie at night (that lets out after midnight) and then buying tickets right then for the next day.

    Maybe try Facebook. I've seen them replying to some people's comments on their posts.

    I really want to get some Helios and Matheson stock, but I know nothing about finance or the market or anything... I just see these guys doing some interesting stuff and shaking up the industry. I don't know if they're gonna be extremely successful or bankrupt in 6 months, but it's interesting to watch and I have a feeling they have some more stuff in store.

    huh, it's only a handful in major metropolitan areas and it's apparently Moviepass' idea, thankfully this was after I used it at one of those theaters for The Disaster Artist

    I think it's just MP trying to gain leverage. Once those theaters see a dramatic decrease in sales, they might be more receptive to working with MoviePass and/or giving them discounts/kick backs.

    My theater has Get Out all week at 10:45pm! Definitely going to be doing that at least once this week. Also got Hostiles, Phantom Thread, and The Shape Of Water in this weekend too so I'll be at Diamond Status for the Regal Crown Club by this time next week! B-)

    moviepass could make this whole thing 50% more restrictive and its STILL an rediculous deal. I was definitely questioning mostly the theathers in the city (nyc) as their ticket prices are $18+ on average and how they could afford those.

    no biggie...it's now a theater i wont ever go to (not like it was high on my list anyways)

    i hope the leverage works and i hope eventually these theaters see the tremendous value in this thing. I could tell you this... i've seen 4 movies this month and i always get 1 soda everytime i go. Soda is now $6 (fucking shitheads)...i've spent $25 at the AMC theaters (+$14 per ticket)...so i've spent $80+ at AMC this month. I would NOT have gone to the theaters 4 time without moviepass..i wouldve went once and at most TWICE....and spent half.

    AMC has made DOUBLE off me because of moviepass (and i know there are others out there that get pop corn and snacks so their conceccsions costs are up)

    Just used my MP for the first time last night, for a 3rd showing of Last Jedi. It was surprisingly easy and it took me way too long to figure out at the kiosk because I was overthinking it way to much, haha.

    3d movies aren’t supported. You’ll more than likely have your account cancelled. I would call their support line and try to explain that the box office employee rang it up incorrectly or something.

    I lost my MoviePass card a month ago and have been trying to get in touch with Customer Support at least once a week for a month for a replacement and have been resoundingly ignored. I've contacted them on Twitter, DMed them on Twitter, and through the app. They've answered twice to ask what the account email is and then have never said anything else. I don't want to cancel my subscription because I really want to use the service, but this is absolutely absurd.
