I'm trying to figure out what I should use my two movies on this month. I'm still pissed they sent the fucking email telling us they're switching to 3 movies/month effective immediately like 5 minutes after I bought a ticket to The Happy Time Murders so I only have 2 movies to see this month. I know I'm going to see White Boy Rick so it's between Operation Finale and A Simple Favor for the last movie of the month. I think I get free Regal points if I see A Simple Favor but Operation Finale has Nick Kroll so it's a toss up. Also considering The Predator but at the moment that's in last place. Any thoughts or other recommendations?
A Simple Favor interests me more personally but I'm also not sure how good it's gonna be, I also can't tell if it will actually be good or not though
Of course I’m at home and see searching is available and drive to the cinema like ten minutes from my house and it’s already taken off, garbage.
saw crazy rich asians today, my first time using moviepass in over a month. what a fantastic movie. i'm not much for romantic comedies, but this is probably the best one i've ever seen.
Seems like showtimes have finally stabilized. Was easily able to see three movies this weekend. Hadn’t seen one in awhile.
I had a eye doctor appointment today and he was doing his usual small talk but then he was like "so did you use moviepass?" I was like "YES first half of 2018 with movie pass was the best" and we were just talking about how terrible it is now. he said his wife got at least 40 movies out of it so that was cool.
My MoviePass still hasn't switched to the 3 a month plan. I'm currently in the theater waiting for my 10th movie since August 1st
Loved moviepass, but hadnt used it in a month and a half due to all the new restrictions. Sad to say, I called and cancelled mine today. Just wasnt worth it anymore.
Hahahahaha I love that Incredibles 2 is suddenly one of the movies being supported next week, 3 months later
My payment for this month failed to process (the card I use to pay was compromised). The email I received said if I don't update my card by the next billing date, my account will be cancelled. Which I might let happen. However, would my MP work today if I went to a theater?
My prorated refund finally processed. This is what it feels like to get away with murder. 35 movies and you paid me $62 to walk away from it all, haha. When MoviePass pulled the fast one on me last month with the annual plans now having to abide by monthly rules I was still able to purchase a Happy Time Murders ticket with my MP card despite having a defunct card on file. At the time it said I wouldn't be able to see another movie until my card on file was updated.
Sinemia now has a processing fee for another dollar every time I buy tickets. On top of that they don't pay for the convenience fees anymore. I feel like since I purchased the year plan it should be the same until it expires. Still worth it, just shady for the company
Yeah I saw they introduced an unlimited plan and was looking into it but that stuff makes it an easy no. I really wish I would have just taken the annual refund when I had a chance. It was only $20 so I assumed 9 movies is a much better deal than $20 but then they decided not to get rid of blackouts after the fact so because I go to movies mainly at night the service is completely useless to me now. White boy rick was showing all day yesterday but 20 minutes before I was going to leave it disappeared. Such bullshit.
