I had everything this morning, which turned into The Meg and Crazy Rich Asians. Then everything came back. Now it's back to Christopher Robin and Crazy Rich Asians.

 

MP is now listing what movies are going to be available each day.

So I have to pay out of pocket for Crazy Rich Asians on Saturday but not Sunday? A totally sensical company

Why did they email us saying go see Fallout if it’s not even on there?

 

lmao so now they're doing a "3 movies a month....and only certain movies are available certain days". I'm cancelling. I was giving it until the end of my billing cycle (which is the end of the month) and this is a joke.

I was on team "give moviepass a chance..it's STILL good" ...but what the hell is this

 

This is still better than having no idea what will be playing and hoping the movie is still there on the app when you show up to the theater.

 

But still worse than what I signed up for in December.

 

Of course. Not much is going to affect me until my annual plan goes out in March of next year.

what makes that list even worse is my area isn't known to get indie flicks so in reality I'll maybe have the choice between 2 movies a day and not much for a week.

yeah they're so transparently doing the indie movies because less people can see them, wish they actually wanted people to see Cameron Post but I know they don't

 

Same, but digital theaters have all the movies still.

 

I cancelled; did they get rid of the ticket verification pictures as promised?

I went ahead and paid for another month since my renewal date was 8/13 and I could get one more month of unlimited (rather than just 3) - So I'm sticking with the e-ticket theater for now since I can still watch everything there.

After this month runs out, I'll probably switch to AMC's A List.

 

I'm with you. I cancelled (no issue cancelling BTW) last night. These business practices are out of control

Have you noticed if movie times are being restricted?

 

They are. Mostly two or three showtimes per movie. Except for maybe mile 22 today?

 

Unless you have e-ticketing theaters, it's a complete shit show.

 

It looks like the only ones that you can actually see at the non-e-ticketing theaters are the first two on the list. The only ones available for me to watch are Christopher Robin and Mile 22.

 

The rest are all indie films that are only playing in dozens of theaters
