Music, Gaming, Movies and Guys = Life

I liked it for it what it was but was hoping for it to have at least some of the tone and general creepy factor of the TV series which it was sorely lacking.

It would have been really tough and probably alienated a lot of the audience if they tried to recreate the 90s camp of the show on such a large scale. I liked that it looked to the source material for inspiration instead. Now we have both interpretations of the stories. It would have been nice to hear the Goosebumps theme song, though. As a kid, that scared me more than anything else on the show

I've always been really bad about keeping up with my music/book lists and I've never tried keeping track of the films I see (outside of new releases for the year), so let's see how this goes in 2017.

Music, Gaming, Movies and Guys = Life

Didn't work judging by the box office but like I said, I enjoyed it for what it is just wish they went a different direction and not even necessarily in terms of just tone.
