I’ll be disappointed if they don’t drop him. They won’t, so I’m setting myself up for disappointment but still.
I think you're probably right. Money talks very loudly in F1. However, Haas is in the sport to further their brand as an engineering firm. They really don't need that sort of shit being associated with them. They're not in the same position as a racing team with no outside business to worry about.
Yeah, but there's been murmurs of them leaving F1 because fo the cost. So you wonder how much of Mazepin's money offsets that.
Fucking hell, Mazepin is such a piece of shit and I can't believe he's in a ride next year. I hope they drop him, but highly doubt they will.
Both McLaren's are absolutely flying. As much as I love Danny Ric, I'm gonna be so sad to see the team of Lando and Carlos get broken up. The fact they are both so consistent, and are 9-8 on quali says a lot about how evenly matched they are.
Doesn’t seem to be working too well now. Both cars going backwards. Leclerc looks very slow out there.
Was lose lose for Seb I think. He started on hard and would have needed to go to another set of hards, which he's not allowed to do. Lewis mentioned yesterday that the weird pit entry/exist here is so slow that everyone is going for a one stop. I guess they were hoping for another SC. This is not the race we deserved to end the season. This has been a stinker.
Ricciardo ruining the Verstappen grand slam lol Delighted McLaren secured third. Great race from Lando and Carlos.
Pleased about Perez. I hope Red Bull do something sensible with Albon. His dramatic fall in form has to rest with them to some extent. I wonder if the expectation is that Gasly will leave for the 2022 season and they'll put Albon in that seat.
