Tbf Ricciardo has done the same thing twice this season

Yeah, but he isn't worried about his job.

Only notable thing from qualifying really was Russell absolutely pasting Latifi. A 0.9 second difference is huge.

Some weirdness with Stroll as well. His explanation of it in the paddock afterwards was very odd.

How the fuck is he walking? The car splits in half fucking hell.

I feel sick after that replay, Jesus. Amazing engineering that a man can walk away, with help, from that.

 

Grosjean's car has literally broken in two and exploded. Even though he looks OK, that's by the far the worst thing I've seen happen while watching F1.

Edit: Forgot I was watching when Bianchi had his accident. This one actually looks more frightening.

That's nightmare stuff. I do not understand how grosjean isn't dead.

 

I can’t make anything out except the halo on the ground under the barrier. How the fuck did he get out? I don’t understand a thing about this.

 

I know these lads have balls the size of mountains, but how on earth do you get back into a car today after that? I’m in bits sitting on my desk chair here.

 

I'm genuinely a bit emotional about that one. Somewhere between tears and vomitting watching that replay.

He's right by a fire Marshall, who was almost taken out by the wreckage.

There's going to be a lot of questions asked about that barrier and this circuit.

That shot of the front of the car is scary and comforting. The monocoque or whatever it’s called looks sturdy and the halo survived.

 

This is heartbreaking.
