What a shock. Couldn’t let Albon get the better strategy while Max was being stubborn about staying on wets

It’s crazy, I’ve seen the 2 spins on the first lap and he was somehow 30 seconds behind Ocon who spun twice!

 

I think both Williams started on Inters. Maybe latifi just couldn't hack it compared to Russell?

Such an amazingly unpredictable race is going to end with Lewis winning at a canter.

 

It makes it sound so boring and doesn't do the race Lewis has had justice either. It's been crazy. Might still get weirder. Heavy rain expected on the final lap. Perez and Lewis are both driving absolutely spent inters.

That is not a top 3 I'd have predicted. Top 3 all drove absolute stormers.

I hate the fact Lewis and Mercedes are so dominant, but fuck, he deserves it all.

 

Also Norris was a fucking rocket on those last laps chasing down Stroll. He got the fastest lap with a 1:36:806

 

I know the results this year have been a bit dull, but the actual races have been pretty consistently good. Been edge of the seat stuff at multiple races. I think there's only been one or two boring ones.

 

Also, Latifi continued his magic tricks. Somehow miles behind, 3 pitstops and retired without ever being on screen.

Bottas had an absolute howler today and Renault were surprisingly bad too.

The clipart graphics around the podium are the real losers today though. What is that shit.

 

Man, Albon drove so well but got utterly pumped by a terrible strategy. Meanwhile Max fucked up this race, and I feel so bad for Stroll.

But you've got to say, the top five all drove exceptionally well. Both Ferraris came alive and clearly find it easy to get tyres working in difficult conditions. Perez drove superbly, and Sainz did great too. But Lewis man, it's so obvious but he is on another plane of existence compared to any other driver we have seen since Michael.

 

I genuinely don’t think I saw a second of Sainz during the race

 

Albon has destroyed his car in FP2. Not a good start...
