I Am The Movie show last night was awesome. Wasn’t expecting some of the deep cuts they played in the encore, won’t spoil anything. But I will say they played a song from every album.
Had so much fun at the show last night! It was so refreshing hearing them play a set mostly of songs I haven't seen them do since the reunion (or ever). Which I knew I'd be getting from the IATM portion, but I was shocked (in the best way) by some of the second set choices. Hope that trend continues
I had plans on Sunday that may have fell through due to a friend being sick which was on the ATL date. Now that that may not happen..... I'm highly tempted to shoot over there. Saw them do CTTM in early 2020 at the same spot.
my friend said deanna (sincere engineer) came out last night and sang patricks part in everything is allright
I have a clip of it but I don't know how to upload it here. If you wanna PM me a way to send it to you then I'd be happy to.
Thanks people! That's so good to see cool bands bring out Sincere Engineer on stage. Also, I'd shit my pants if MCS let me sing Patrick's part haha
Speaking of Patrick, does anyone have any insider info on new Limbeck? I seem to recall them teasing new music in the works several months ago.
It's Zach Comtois now. I couldn't hear what band they said he was from when they said it on Tuesday, but he was tagged in a post by Justin so I know that's his name. Edit: apparently he used to play guitar for Britney Spears among other artists
Made me happy to see Justin hopping around a little on stage a little bit after reading about how bad his back has been the past few years. Also isn't she technically singing Justin's part and he's singing Patrick's?
I caught the boys in Cleveland a few days ago and filmed a bunch of songs. Below is Boombox Generation, find a slew more and even one from the opener (Gully Boys) on my channel. I almost didn’t go, but I’m super glad I did.
That one has never done much for me. But Justin did tell a kind of awkward story before hand. Then he was like, “never believe legends.” Or something like that haha the crowd wasn’t really sure how to react from my POV. I found the moment funny.
Man I regret not going to the ATL date like I had wanted to. . Justin's banter is probably my favorite in live music.
I’ve been really wanting a new album from these guys. Had a weird dream the other day that them and The Starting Line announced a tour together lol.
I really want a new MCS record too but only if it’s something that’s on par with the quality of the first three records. I like some tracks off Dinosaur, Go, and Panic Stations but I rarely come back to those records because they’re simply not on the level of the first three records IMO.
