similarly, if MCS does announce a new album, i'm concerned i will die from any wait exceeding 24 hours.

 

It was so nice hearing Crooked Ways. I know it was a vaulted song, but having that and Anthropologist come out just got me wanting more MCS. Hope they get together and work on more music.

 

If Reliant K is also blacked out -- does that signal a joint tour?

I'd love some new music from the camp -- even if Panic Stations was a great swan song.

 

They’re not blacked out. There have just been hints at new activity. Seems like something related to Forget and Not Slow Down

I’m thinking a 20 Years of MCS tour. Similar in vein to what TBS did.

Yeah it’s still really hard to get excited for tour announcements these days, even being vaxxed and all. Was hoping for new music instead.

 

I see your phone autocorrects “tour” to “your” as well. So annoying

 

I feel kind we’ll be getting new music from them. Maybe not yet, but it’s coming.

Didn’t they record two albums when they went and recorded Panic Stations? I remember them recording two albums for some reason.

I feel like they’ve been doing some sort of anniversary tour for the last decade

 

I’m hoping for new music. I do hope all these bands getting together for live shows inspires some writing.

 

I seem to recall Justin saying on a podcast fairly recently that new music is in the works, but it’s just taking a while to get everyone coordinated, but he has been writing for MCS. I would expect this to be tour related.

 

That post is giving me serious anxiety.

 

I think the show was 101 Part Time Jobs with Giles Bidder hosting and it was back in early March.
