Set was sooooo fucking sick yesterday

 

Watched a couple of clips on YouTube. Patrick is one of the few that can really nail Justin’s complicated melodies like that. Proof why those two are the best melody writers in the scene.

 

This tiktok account posted vertical videos of all the songs Patrick performed with MCS. Wish there were wider band shots, but so cool they uploaded all those videos! Scroll through her account. Before one song, Patrick calls Justin one of his favorite songwriters alive, very sweet!

On Reddit, someone posted a google drive link of audio for the full set with all guest singers, including Ber and the Gully Boys! Nadi from Gully boys especially did amazing imo.

Too lazy to download a VPN, so I'll listen to the new song tomorrow, but stoked! I loved the first single.

 

If you don't use tiktok, I can try to download the videos if the creator has that as an option (some people turn it off).

 

The new song is incredible! I can’t wait for this album.

 

Okay this song is immediately fucking great. Has that classic MCS sound. Really into this.

 

New song is good, neither song hits me like Stop Talking has but there's a whole album and I'm stoked either way. Just so glad to see these guys back. They look like they're having so much fun. They deserve it because they've all been through literally some terrible shit over the past few years.

Probably my favorite song they've released post-breakup. Loved Still Talking, She Is Afraid, and Crooked Ways, but this just has that special MCS sauce.

I would like to echo that so far this album is sounding a LOT like Even If It Kills Me in the absolute best way possible!

Just listened and I absolutely love the new track. I think I like it more than She Is Afraid. I cannot wait for this to come out.
