Both singles so far have been great. Really looking forward to this.

 

I thought we'd be waiting longer, January is a blessing

 

I really love their early stuff, but haven’t outright loved a studio album by them since Hardcore Will Never Die But You Will. I think I missed a few as well, so I should do some catching up.

 

Rave Tapes is pretty good but I really enjoy Every Country’s Sun and As the Love Continues. Hardcore Will Never Die, but You Will might honestly be my current favorite of theirs.

This is good.

 

I like this a lot more than I expected after not loving 2/3 of the singles (I do like them better in context, I really did not like Fanzine Made of Flesh at first). Hi Chaos is my highlight after my first listen.

 

That song and pale vegan hip pain are the ones

 

I decided to check in on them with this album after tuning out for a while - yup, sounds like Mogwai.

 

Pale Vegan Hip Pain is the standout. Another really good album.

Was meant to go to album release show tonight but its been postponed until sunday due to the weather.

 

On my first listen now and this sounds like a more electronic version of Mogwai. A bit like Rave Tapes. I like it so far, just as I expected.
They don't disappoint. Still one of my favourite bands.
